I really cant just pick one favorite but I love the butterfly box series. Its my favorite series. I love hearing about the lives of all the friends even though they are spread out they are still so close and always looking out for each other. I just read the second book and loved how you put in that real proposal in it so cute!! I can't wait for the next one. I also really like Finding Paradise my favorite so far that isn't in a series.

I would love you to write a sequel to Finding Paradise. I'll be honest my favorite part of books is how they fall in love and leads to marraige than the books that start out with them being married already. Just because that new love is so fun and makes you feel all giddy. I want a sequel to this one though because I liked these charaters and wanted to read more when it was done.

I signed up on your new website and I agree with Katrina on "Finding Paradise" needing a sequel. It's my favorite (though I am very curious as to how Cami is doing). I rather like the humor in it, it made me laugh out loud! But, if you do do a sequel, I suggest that you make it real-life, not like one that spends the whole time in pregnancy and then nothing after they have kids... My favorite part of books is banter between the main characters!

Picking a favorite is hard, I love to read and reread all the books when I need a book I know is good. I love Finding Paradise. It's so fiarytale and so real at the same time. It's wonderfully hopeful! I also love the Unexpected Love series it's full of emotion and the gospel, it always makes me feel uplifted to read about Alex coming to find the Lord and love.

I would also love a sequel to Finding Paradise. It is fun to fall in love, but what happens now? Although, I am curious about Alex and Rich's baby and family and how they are all doing, as silly as wondering about characters may sound :).

I signed up on the website and am following your blog :) don't know if I needed to post that, but I would love to get the second butterfly book, I haven't been able to get even from the library yet.... Your books have just become too popular, Michelle! :)

Katianne,

You wondering about characters is no stranger than me missing them after I finish writing a book. By the time I'm done writing, they have become part of me, like dear friends. Sometimes I can't write THE END because I know they are going away. (That sounds so psychotic!)

Anyway . . . thanks for all the great comments girls! This is so insightful and helpful.

I follow your blog - and you KNOW I always need new books.

My fave? I'm embarrassed to admit I've still just read the Summer In Paris... my to be read stack is getting ridiculous but I can't seem to stop adding to it!!

My favorite book is Summer in Paris. It was so much fun to read. I have been up there and it is fun to connect with a town that I recognize.

I also think it would be lots of fun to write a sequel to it. Kenzie is such an awesome character.

I am a blog follower!

Yay! I am so excited! I don't think I can pick just one book as my favorite, but I do LOVE the Butterfly Box series. And I agree with the others, I really feel like I know the characters. Like, I find myself thinking about them and one time I found myself almost telling someone that I knew someone who designs modest dresses...
Thanks for writing such wonderful books!

Anna, that totally cracks me up. I love that you almost said you knew someone who designs modest clothes. You are my kind of girl!

Nichole SEiler: I would love it if you could right a book on all the butterfly girls. Then I could read all the books. I want to see Chloe and Emmas life unfold just like the others.

I have read all your books from the beginning...and have LOVED them all. My favorite one, that I go back to often, is Perfect Timing! Love it! And I'm so excited about the next butterfly box girls!!! I'm already on your email list...does that count :)?

The book I would love a sequel to is "Love Lights the Way". I would love a story about Cami!

Michele Ashman Bell said...

In answer to the Lowe Family post -- there actually is a sequel to Love Lights the Way and it is Cami's story. It's called Pathway Home! I tried to find your email but couldn't figure it out so I am hoping you'll see this post. I really loved the setting of Seamist, Oregon and wanted to go back and visit in another book.
Let me know if you need help finding it.

I have really enjoyed the Butterfly Box series. If I had to choose another book that would also have a sequel to it - I would choose Finding Paradise. (Or... Without a Flaw or Perfect Timing.) The story line in Without A Flaw was kind of resolved - so that would probably be hard to write another one. But I liked that book. I LOVED Finding Paradise. It was a GREAT storyline - and I served a mission in Brasil so I loved reading about that. (I served close to where you wrote about.) Thanks for all the great work you do!

Kristi again - I kind of combined my answers in the last post - but it's VERY hard for me to pick a fav book because there hasn't been ONE of yours that I haven't enjoyed. They always captivate me (to the point that a bit ago, I missed my bus stop because I was too into your book!!!) I really do love them all - but I think the book I have re-read the most is Love Lights The Way. (And Yesterday's Love from that same series.) I really love both those books! THANKS!

I didn't know you have a new web site. I like it. I have signed up for your emails. Thanks.

My favorite book would have to be "Love Lights the Way"

I really love that both characters are so real and that they have both gone through their own "Not so Happy Ever After". The friendship they form first is also very real.

I am sure I have told you when we met, but I love your books. So for my 3rd entry I find it hard to think which story needs to go on.

I have to say Adam for the Yesterdays Love Series could use his own story. His Mom has found love and his Sister has found love I find myself wanting him to find love too.

I also follow your blog.

Let me also say I love your new Butterfly books. They are so real and I find myself loving this group of women. I can't wait for each next book to come out. The first two are GrEaT!

How in the world did I miss Pathway Home?!?! Well, that's on my list now...along with so many others :)! Thanks so much...and yes, I LOVE that Oregon setting!!!
